Total Quality Control: Mastering the Steel, Perfecting the Part
While many suppliers merely assemble, we manufacture. As an integrated supplier of appliance-grade steel coils and finished enamel components, we control the quality at the genetic level. This is the difference between "good enough" and "industry-leading."
1. Certified Material Sources:
Long-term partnerships with leading steel mills, supplying CRC, HRC, GI, GL, PPGI/PPGL, and other appliance-grade steels with original Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
2. Surface Quality Assurance:
Strict surface grading to prevent scratches, dents, rust, and other defects—ideal for visible appliance panels.
3. Precision Dimensional Control:
Thickness, width, and flatness maintained within tight tolerances for stable stamping and bending.
4. Mechanical Performance Testing:
Yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation tested per order; third-party inspection (SGS, BV) available upon request.
5. Stamping & Forming
Strict mold and press parameter control to prevent cracks, wrinkles, and dimensional deviation.
6. Welding Quality (where applicable)
Welded areas are inspected for appearance and strength to avoid incomplete fusion, undercut, or distortion.
7. Surface Pretreatment
Standardized degreasing, pickling, and rinsing to ensure surface cleanliness and prevent pinholes or bubbles after enameling.
8. Enameling Process Control
Slip density, coating thickness, firing temperature, and time are continuously monitored to guarantee uniform glaze, consistent color, and defect-free surfaces.
9. Final Product Testing
Visual inspection (gloss, color difference), adhesion tests, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance tests according to appliance industry requirements.
